They are looking for a successful & ambitious BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for service. Ideally you will be already working successfully in a B2B sales role although this is not essential.

Basic Salary of up to £25,000 DOE with a £35,000 OTE uncapped.

Working hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify sales opportunities with existing and new clients.
• To make outbound sales calls to businesses from good quality leads.
• To work in a consultative sales environment.
• Maintain a high standard of product knowledge.
• Generate new business.
• Meet & strive to achieve personal targets.

The Ideal Person:

• You will have excellent listening & communication skills.
• You will enjoy working towards targets.
• You will be passionate & sales hungry.
• You will be driven & self-motivated.
• You will have an excellent telephone manner.

It would also be an advantage if you have a minimum of 1 years experience of successfully working in a B2B office based sales environment however this is not essential.
