- Finding – We use paid for advertising on many of the leading job boards, we have access to over 3,000 quality candidates from our personal database and we also obtain excellent referrals from our candidates. We also utilise Social networking sites such as Facebook, Linkedin. All this to ensure we find you the best candidates on the market.
- Hunting – If we can’t source you the right candidate it maybe because they simply aren’t on the market right now. In this case we pro-actively contact people with the skill set required so when they are looking they come to us first.
- Gathering – Having screened CV’s we pre-interview candidates then meet them face to face for a first stage interview, only then do we submit successfully screened candidates with all honest opinions of them on a personal profile accompaniment.
- Managing – We will manage the process from interview to induction discussing offers, acceptances & start-date. If requested we can even obtain references.
- The Pledge – We will keep the process smooth from offer to commencement, in fact at “Get Staff” we go that extra mile and keep in contact with all placed candidates until they pass their trial period. In the highly unlikely event they leave or they are unable to complete their probationary period we’ll find you another candidate suitable candidate or give your finders fee back*.
